We’re the creative team that works with you in the months beforethe day, shaping the look, finding the right people, and designing the moments your guests will talk about. Everything we deliver comes with our reasoning, so you’re never guessing why something was chosen.
Design direction
The full visual identity of your event, invitations, signage, menu cards, ceremony guides, welcome boards, and every designed detail your guests see. Each piece is presented in styled mockups so you experience the design in context, not as a flat file on a screen.
Vendor curation
We research and shortlist the right vendors for every category you need. But we don’t just hand you names, each vendor comes with portfolio notes, fit reasoning, questions you should ask, and red flags to watch for. You make the decision. We make sure it’s an informed one.
Experience ideas
Creative concepts for the moments between the big moments, interactive guest touchpoints, cultural details, sensory surprises. Each idea comes with visual references, a note on why it fits your celebration, and practical execution notes so it’s not just inspiration, it’s actionable.

Fill out a short inquiry form and book a free 30-minute discovery call. We’ll listen to your ideas, your priorities, and what matters most, including the details you haven’t figured out yet. That’s what the call is for.

Receive your roadmap
Within 48 hours, we’ll send a personalized proposal that reflects what we heard, your event as we see it, our recommendation, and two package options with clear reasoning for each.

We design, you decide
Once you confirm, we get to work, designing, curating, and creating. You’ll review everything with revision rounds built in, and we’ll share our thinking along the way so every decision feels confident.

Celebrate
You receive your final design files, vendor booklet, and experience guide, all designed to the same standard as the event itself. Everything you need to bring your celebration to life, in one place.
